These conditions apply to users of www.studio-about.dk. They will be valid for all your future transactions with Studio About ApS and
visit www.studio-about.dk. These conditions apply to products from www.studio-about.dk for private individuals.
Studio About ApS reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions.

As many of our objects are individually handmade, there may be slight variations in colour, dimensions and texture of our products.

When you buy something from www.studio-about.dk, you must fill in your personal information such as name, address and payment information. Once payment is accepted and the purchase is registered in our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation. We then send the order according to the below
conditions. According to the Swedish Purchase Act, you have 24 months' right to complain.

www.studio-about.dk uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard for transferring information to process your orders.

www.studio-about.dk uses cookies to improve your experience on the website. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the website to remember your personal settings. Cookies are also used for statistical purposes.

We accept payments with Visa, VisaDankort, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Mobilepay, Paypal. Payments are only withdrawn from the account when the item has been shipped
All amounts are in Danish kroner (DKK) including 25% VAT. Any shipping charges will be added to your order at checkout. See shipping costs below.

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to local VAT, import duties and/or taxes that are collected when your package arrives in your country. Studio About ApS sends your package according to the Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not charge local VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you incur such additional charges, these must be paid before your package can be released. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Standard shipping within Denmark is 2-5 working days, delays may occur. Delivery to Bornholm and other non-bridged islands may require a slightly longer delivery time.

Studio About ApS is not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during transit. We always pack the goods very carefully to avoid shipping damage. If the package and/or contents are damaged after receipt, please report this to the respective courier, no later than 2 days after receipt and return the goods to us.

It is possible to pre-order selected items in our webshop. It will appear on the product if the item is a pre-order item. On the product, in the basket and on your order confirmation, you will be able to see the expected delivery date of the product.

When you pre-order an item, we do not withdraw the amount until we ship – we simply reserve the amount on your payment card until we are ready to ship. When we are ready to send your item, we will send you an email.

You can undo and cancel your order at any time before delivery. If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact our customer service at service@studio-about.dk

NOTE: You cannot buy a pre-order item together with an item that is in stock. If you wish to order more products, please do so in multiple orders.

When you shop at Studio-About ApS, you have 14 days of full right of withdrawal. The deadline for cancellation applies from the day the order is delivered.

You must return the goods to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns are only accepted if labels and original packaging are completely intact and in a salable condition.

How to use the right of withdrawal

You regret it by notifying us of this. You can contact us via email service@studio-about.com

You cannot cancel by refusing to receive the item or by failing to pick it up without at the same time giving notice that you cancel.

The cancellation period has been met if you send your notice that you regret the purchase before the cancellation period has expired.

Return of the item and return costs

We endeavor to respond within 48 hours.

You must pay the return postage and any other costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods. You are responsible for the package arriving at our warehouse. We recommend that you use track and trace so that you can follow the package at all times.

Please note: Returns must be sent by 'door to door' delivery. Return shipments delivered to the parcel shop cannot be handled and will be returned to the sender. We do not accept parcels received on cash on delivery.


When you cancel the entire purchase, we will refund all payments received by you, including any delivery costs. However, if you have chosen a more expensive form of delivery than our standard delivery, we will not refund the extra costs.

In case of partial cancellation, we do not refund delivery costs. We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notice of cancellation.

We withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have sent documentation that the goods have been returned. Refunds are made within two weeks of returning the product to the original purchaser's credit card.

In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

Please note that additional charges and/or taxes are not refundable. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for defective items may
made within the 30-day period after delivery. Returns can only be made as instructed. If, against all expectations, you are not satisfied with your purchase,

Testing the product, use and packaging

You are only liable for a possible deterioration of the value of the goods, which is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the way in which the goods work. You must normally examine the product in the same way as you can and must in a shop, but you must not use it, for example you must not change the function of our Flex tube by cutting off the plug, etc.

If you have used the item in a way that you are not allowed or cannot in a business, and we cannot sell it again or cannot sell it at full price again, you must count on us to deduct the decrease in value from the amount you must have back. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount.

Missing original packaging may constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure of receiving all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging. You should also ensure that the item is securely wrapped when you return it. You bear the risk for the package/goods yourself until we receive it. Therefore, keep the postal receipt as well as any track and trace number.

You must pay the freight yourself to send the item back to us using the right of withdrawal.


If you buy a product and there is a defect in it – for example a defect or manufacturing fault – the rules of the Sales Act apply.

You must report the defect "within a reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. We recommend that you make a complaint as soon as possible and within 2 months of discovering the defect.

It is not possible to advertise if it has been more than 24 months since you received the item.

If the product was purchased from one of our dealers, please contact them directly.

Once we have received your complaint, we will get back to you within 3 working days.


If you want to exchange the product for another product, it is fastest and most efficient if you order it via our webshop.

If you have used a discount code and it has expired, you cannot use it when exchanging a product.

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact service@studio-about.com If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can submit your complaint via the Complaints Portal for nømeneneshus.dk

In order to be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed .

We do not guarantee that all available items in the Studio About webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In case of sold out items endeavor
we ensure that this appears on the product page at all times, when ordering an out-of-stock product we will contact you by phone or e-mail.

Studio About ApS cannot guarantee that the content on www.studio-about.dk is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. We also cannot guarantee that all information is up to date at all times. Studio About ApS can change the content of the website and the available items in the product range at any time. Although we endeavor to always display the correct texts, images and prices on the website and webshop, errors may occur. If you have discovered problems with the store and its content, please contact us at service@studio-about.dk.

Studio About ApS cannot guarantee trouble-free, uninterrupted and secure access to the website at all times.

All material (including Studio About logos, graphics, text, photos, designs, icons and images) provided on this website is owned by Studio About ApS.
You are only permitted to use this material for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may download, print and save copies of this
material for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that this copyright permission notice is included in all such copies.

Studio About ApS reserves the right to seek all legal remedies available at law for violations of these Terms and Conditions,
including the right to block access to the website. Persons who violate the restriction of password-protected areas of the Site,
may be subject to prosecution.

In the event of Force Majeure, Studio About ApS obligations are cancelled. The contract between you and Studio About ApS can in such cases completely or
partially terminated by yourself or Studio About ApS. A Force Majeure is defined as an event such as war, civil war, revolution, rebellion, governmental
measures, strike, lockout, power outage, telephone or internet service interruption, natural disasters or similar events. Studio
Under such circumstances, About ApS will do everything we can to resolve the matter for our customers as quickly and completely as possible.

These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law and you agree that the Danish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this Agreement. The laws in your country may differ from the laws in Denmark and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website.
You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our Site.
